I-Tech, an international company based in Bologna and a leader in the beauty and wellness industry, producing and distributing two globally recognized technology brands, is seeking an After-Sales Specialist to join the After Sales department within the Operations area.

The candidate will work in support of the After Sales Manager, with the aim of structuring and managing post-sales technical requests and contributing to the continuous improvement of international customer service (Distributors and Centers). He/she will also be responsible for managing non-conformity analysis and contributing to the product’s quality growth and complete customer satisfaction, collaborating with Sales and Marketing departments, all within a dynamic and informal environment, offering growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate possesses excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong passion for the technical, mechanical, and electronic field, and is willing to personally intervene on the machines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage customer interface
• Input, maintenance, and processing of complaints
• Independently manage the ticketing process
• Repair components and manage spare parts for customer support activities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in direct technical customer support
• Machine repair
• Use of ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Knowledge of technical drawing
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams
• Advanced proficiency in English (C1)
• Excellent interpersonal skills and precision with attention to detail

Electromechanical Designer and Industrializer

The candidate will pave the way to the future, gaining expertise in the product, analyzing existing technologies, scouting for new possibilities and their practical applications. He/she will contribute to enhancing the existing product by designing future implementations. The candidate will be part of a young and dynamic team, working closely with the Operations Manager, acting as a pivotal figure between Production, Quality, and Marketing in a dynamic, informal, and growing environment with excellent development opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analysis of existing technologies, new possibilities, and their practical applications
• Improvement of the existing product
• Designing future generations of products
• Participation in an innovative project for the 360° integration of machines, both in electronics and software

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in mechatronic, electronic, or automation engineering
• Knowledge of mechanical technical drawing
• Knowledge of electrical diagrams, printed circuit board production processes
• Use of PDM and PLM Software
• Design skills (definition, measurement, analysis, implementation, control)
• Overview vision, operational autonomy
• Inventiveness and curiosity towards new technologies and applications
• Passion and/or interest in mechanics
• Attitude towards continuous improvement and teamwork

Preferred qualifications, for example:

• Linux, Python, C, C++, Java
• IoT skills, http, https, JSON
• PLC programming
• Arduino
• Knowledge of blockchain technologies
• Knowledge of additive manufacturing
• Deep learning techniques and technologies
• Analysis and design of RFID sensor systems, passive or wired tags
• Technical documentation management
• Experience or basic knowledge of quality systems (ISO 9001; ISO 13458; MDR)
• 2-3 years of experience in the automatic machinery sector or in the mechanical industry in general
• Knowledge of English will be considered a plus in the selection process.

• Warehouse handling
• Packaging of finished products

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in WMS and radiofrequency systems
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central)
• Valid forklift license
• Experience in manufacturing companies

The Warehouse Operator will be part of a young and dynamic environment and will report to the Logistics and Warehouse Manager.
